Refund policy
Faulty or damaged items
We cannot consider looking into a replacement or processing a refund unless you can provide photo evidence of a damaged or faulty item. Please email this to in@thechocolatecompany.co.uk and we can get it sorted for you right away! We do not cover for melted chocolate, but we do delay sending your chocolate if the weather looks like it could be detrimental to your order, or we may upgrade your postage to 24hr tracked.
If you have a damaged item please make sure the first thing you do is take a picture and hang on to the chocolate until you've received a reply. We will not consider refunding or replacements without this proof. Of course, we are here to help and want to make your experience as brilliant as possible!
