What's inside Valrhona Caramelia is a milk chocolate built around caramel — not as a flavour added after the fact, but baked into the chocolate itself during conching. The result is something richer and more complex than standard milk chocolate, with a slow-melting butterscotch character that pairs naturally with properly toasted hazelnuts. The feuilletine keeps every bite interesting. Together they make something that's rich without being heavy, and more-ish without being obvious.
