Epic Brownies have been making proper brownies in Maidenhead — the kind that don't cut corners — and when we sat down together, the brief was simple. Take what they do best and put it inside what we do best. No gimmicks, no compromise. Just two products that deserved to meet.

Valrhona 36% Caramelia milk chocolate — golden, caramelised, with a slow-melting butterscotch warmth that lingers. Inside, Epic Brownies' salted caramel brownie. Dense, fudgy, and unapologetically rich. A pinch of sea salt at the finish to pull everything together. This isn't a chocolate bar with brownie flavouring. It's a collaboration between two things that are already good, made better by being in the same place.

Valrhona 36% Caramelia brings a caramel character that's built into the chocolate itself during conching — not added after the fact.
